Project Description

I created a revenue reporting system to correlate field sales with the inside sales team for Hewlett Packard. I managed pilot programs with selected teams, such as User Interface module to determine improvements to a proprietary software program, and an instant chat customer support team pilot which provided for technical information and guidance in the sales, operation and maintenance of computer hardware such as desktop computers, printers, and peripherals. I wrote a white paper to promote the business model of our contractor, Direct Alliance, in order to further develop their sales and attract more clients. I directed a portfolio of top tier HP corporate accounts, managed staff teams, and managed these various pilot programs, receiving multiple awards for customer service & revenue results.
